1.) Eat crunchy foods such as fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables provide natural antioxidants that can also help with cleaning your teeth. Some good choices are celery, carrots, and apples. The acid helps to break through the bacteria on your teeth and scrape it off. It’s better to eat these in their natural for rather than juicing.

2.) Take in more calcium

Calcium is an excellent way to strengthen your teeth and has minerals that work well with cleaning your teeth. Foods such as yogurt, cheese, milk are optimal dairy choices that will provide your teeth with a number of great nutrients. All the while, your enamel will strengthen and be able to withstand foreign substances on your teeth.

3.) Always floss

Flossing everyday is imperative because the food you eat can leave a layer of food right on your teeth. It’s also important to use the floss between your teeth especially when you eat certain vegetables, fruits, and meats that can easily get stuck there. This is a good extra step to take right after you brush your teeth or between meals when you have down time.

4.) Create your own natural solution to help whiten your teeth

Using strawberries will greatly help clean your teeth. It has a mallic acid inside of the fruit that acts as a cleanser. You can mash it up and use it with baking soda to create a paste that will whiten your teeth. It’s important to apply this every once in a while to keep your enamel from breaking down. Use a toothbrush, floss, and water to help get rid of the solution when you are done.

5.) Brush a few times out the day

This is a most obvious choice, but not a lot of people follow. Try to make it a habit to brush a few times after meals. Your teeth will definitely appreciate the extra cleaning and your smile shows
